Edward's expertise in the television and film industry allowed him to become the personal stylist for some of the most iconic celebrities of our generation, including Naomi Campbell, Charlize Theron, and Jackee Harry. His artistry extended to legendary singer Etta James, for whom he created stunning looks that left a lasting impact. Edward's ability to cater to the unique needs of models, actresses, and fashion and beauty insiders solidified his reputation as a go-to hairstylist for hair loss solutions, extensions, and toupee installations.
Edward's talent and creativity made him a sought-after hairstylist for editorial runway designers and models. His work was prominently featured the Runway at prestigious events like New York Fashion Week, where he collaborated with top fashion houses such as Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, and Tommy Hilfiger. His contributions have graced the pages of various esteemed publications, including Jet, Playboy Maxim and Edward landed the cover of CIE Magazine.
After achieving tremendous success in the hair and Beauty industry, Edward transitioned to Ulta Beauty, as a Beauty Experience Manager, where he spent two fulfilling years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in bringing his extensive knowledge of beauty to the company, organizing highly successful VIP Experience Events that brought together top beauty influencers and brands. These events not only exceeded traffic and revenue goals but also showcased Edward's ability to create memorable experiences.
Now, Edward is embarking on an exciting new venture as the Beauty Executive Manager Sales, Customer Service and Events at Macy's. I had the incredible honor of judging and helping crown three inspiring pageants: Teen Miss, Miss Louisiana America, and the iconic Miss Merry Christmas. Each contestant radiated not only beauty and grace, but also powerful, heartfelt platforms that reminded us all-pageantry is about purpose, passion, and impact.
👑The Miss Merry Christmas title is a
treasured piece of Louisiana history, famously featured in the beloved film Steel Magnolias and crowned annually since 1956. The movie was filmed in the beautiful city of Natchitoches Louisiana, and being part of that legacy was truly humbling.
From dazzling gowns to emotional speeches, I witnessed young women who are not just queens on stage-but leaders, humanitarians, and changemakers in their communities.
And yes... I made time for the legendary Meat Pie Festival 🥧—because no trip to
Natchitoches is complete without indulging in those savory bites! With the Festival of Lights just around the corner, this city truly knows how to celebrate beauty, tradition, and joy.
Endlessly grateful to the Louisiana pageant system for rolling out the red carpet and hosting me alongside three phenomenal fellow judges. Thank you, Natchitoches, for a weekend I’ll never forget! 💖

What an unforgettable week. This journey at the Mrs. World Pageant took me through every emotion - gratitude, joy, excitement, and a deep sense of connection. I'm beyond thankful for the opportunity to spend time with some of the most beautiful, intelligent, and inspiring women from every corner of the world.

These incredible women shared their cultures, their stories, their strength, and their sisterhood with me - gifts I will carry for the rest of my life.
l've done amazing things in my career as a celebrity hairstylist, both before and after retiring in 2018... but this experience stands in a league of its own. I'll always come out of retirement for the right project - and this wasn't just a project. It was an experience that captured my heart.
Now it's time to return to my duties as a Beauty Executive... until the next project calls me out of retirement again. Stay tuned.

I came to the Mrs. World Pageant to bring the glam but what I'm leaving with is so much bigger. I've made beautiful connections with incredible women from across the world, and I'm heading home with friendships that stretch across countries and cultures.
Today my heart is overflowing. I can truly say I'm stepping into my international talent era.
Four phenomenal Queens - each representing their own nation, story, and purpose - took their own nation, story, and purpose - took time out of their insanely busy schedules, right in the middle of rehearsals and final preparations, to send me personal videos filled with love and encouragement.
To receive that kind of energy from women who are literally preparing to walk the world stage... it hits differently. It's humbling. It's powerful.
And it reminds me that I'm part of something far bigger than myself.
In this moment, I feel connected to beauty, sisterhood, and purpose across borders. These Queens didn't just send messages - they reminded me that my work, my heart, and my presence resonate far beyond Dallas, far beyond Las Vegas, and far beyond anything I’ve ever imagined.
Ladies, thank you. You made me feel seen, valued, and celebrated.
